TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Final numbers and a minimum deposit of two (2) green fees must be paid fourteen (14) clear working days prior to your event.
- It is required that the Organiser will conduct the function in an orderly manner in compliance with PORTSEA GOLF CLUB regulations and ensure that all guests are circulated a copy of the PORTSEA GOLF CLUB Group Day Regulations (as Attached). These regulations will be strictly enforced and it is the Organisers responsibility to ensure that they are adhered to.
- Organisers are financially responsible for any damage or injury sustained to our premises during the function. This includes any damage to EziGo Carts and Hire Equipment.
- PORTSEA GOLF CLUB does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left on course or at facility prior to or after the function. Organisers should arrange their own insurance and/or security.
- PORTSEA GOLF CLUB has full catering facilities. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in for consumption at the function by the Organiser or any of the Organiser's guests without prior approval of PORTSEA GOLF CLUB. Special needs can be catered for with advance notice.
- All prices are current and subject to change without notice.
- Payment is by credit card, cheque or cash.

ALL VISITORS TO PORTSEA GOLF CLUB Are required to dress suitably, both on the Course and in the Clubhouse and surrounds.
Male Dress Tailored trousers, tailored shorts with socks. Shirts must have a collar and be worn tucked in at all times. Denim, track pants, collarless jumpers, sweat shirts, running shoes, draw string trousers and shorts, clothing bearing writing or advertising material other than small badges or logos are not permitted.
Female Dress Neat slacks, tailored golf shorts and skirts. Shirts may be fitted or loose provided they cover the upper torso and general appearance meets all other acceptable standards. Denim, tight fitting pants, track suits, draw string shorts and pants, t-shirts, tank or crop tops, rugby jumpers, items bearing writing, advertising material, other than small logos, are not permitted.
Footwear Golf shoes with soft spikes are required on the course. (NB: Metal spikes are not permitted)
Golf Carts If hiring golf carts, the rules displayed in cart must be strictly observed. Failure to observe these rules will result in instant termination of your golf game.
Bunkers Always walk into and out of bunkers by the walkways of step-ins provided, smooth out all footprints in bunkers, and replace rakes in the middle of the bunkers, parallel to the line of play.
Sand Buckets All players must carry sand buckets and use the sand provided to repair damaged turf. When repairing divot marks do not replace damaged turf, simply cover the divot with sand.
Plug Marks Repair all plug marks on greens.
Mobile Phones Mobile telephones are prohibited on the course.
Alcohol All PORTSEA GOLF CLUB staff are trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol. They are thereby obligated under State Legislation to observe these principals and will refuse to serve liquor to intoxicated patrons and request drunk and disorderly patrons to leave the premises. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought in for consumption on the course.
Smoking PORTSEA GOLF CLUB is smoke free with the exception of outside
