Member Access and The “After Party”
As recently advised, to ensure a safe and comfortable event, members wishing to access the clubhouse are required to register and the club will provide each member who registers with a wristband to allow access to the clubhouse and the course for the event.
After the golf has finished, the presentations for the day’s event will be held in the clubhouse at approximately 615-630pm. After the presentations, a celebration party will be held in the clubhouse featuring one of the country’s great party bands – The Screamin’ Eagles. There will be no charge for members and guests to attend, however, only those who have pre-registered can attend the Pro-Am Party. As a member, if you only wish to attend this part of the day only you will still need to register for clubhouse access for the day.
Registration is now open and will close on Sunday 27 November. Once members have had the opportunity to register, demand will be considered and subject to capacity, there may be the opportunity for guests to attend. Information will follow.

Clubhouse Hospitality – Portsea Room.

Centre of the Green
Here’s the spot to be – Fun and good times amongst the action with food and refreshments served in an exclusive area around the 7th green at a cost of $150 per person. With numbers limited, ticket sales will be on a ‘first-in-best-dressed’ basis. The purchase price includes all hospitality from 1130am until 600pm. At this time, members may only purchase a ticket for themselves and when bookings close on Sunday 27 November, subject to capacity, guests may be possible.

Volunteers
We are currently finalising the requirements for volunteers and we will very shortly communicate with you about how you can contribute to making the event a resounding success.
