This coming Monday 15th April 2024 the Club is required to undertake scheduled maintenance, we have taken the opportunity to schedule multiple trades to minimise ongoing disruptions to members. These works will affect certain areas for any Members present on the day and our offerings may be limited.
Point of Sale
– Our Point of Sale Till system will be rolling over between 8.30am – 10.30am.
– During this time the Golf Shop, Bar & Admin terminals will not be able to access and process Member Account transactions
– Our teams will take note of any Member Account purchases and will process them once the system is back online after 10.30am
Clubhouse Works
Hot Water Service
– There will be a routine hot water service to our system and will require our hot water to be turned off between 10.00am – 2.00pm
– There should be no disruption to running water throughout the 4 hour period
Members’ Bar Floorboards
– Final works on the strip of floorboards in front of the Members’ Bar and Hallway will be undertaken
– Access to the Members’ Bar & Hallway to the toilets & changerooms will be closed
– The Members’ Lounge & Portsea Room will be open, F&B offerings may be limited due to the hot water servicing.
– Access to the Members’ Lounge, Portsea Room & toilets can be located at the front of the Hotel Reception entrance or the outside door of the Members’ Lounge
There will be signage displayed on the day and staff will be able to assist as well.
